Does the situation with your neighbors remain unpleasant? Consider filing a complaint at your housing association. We advise you to do this together with other residents, as this will generally result in action being taken more swiftly.
If all of your efforts have not helped, the situation is out of control and there are criminal offenses such as threats, file a police report. Police will only act if neighborhood mediation has not helped and if offenses have been committed. Usually, a local officer will come to your house.
